The first plate looks like the 7½ in footed 3-part relish and the second is the 10½ inch grill plate.  Both were made in green and have not been documented to have been reproduced.

I suspect it is 60s or 70s piece - maybe Jeanette - but I can't confirm the maker. Connie might be able to help more.

ty ty!  You were RIGHT!  My mom and I went on ebay and found not only the powder jar but the candy dish too!  Ok... I'm getting bobby pins and put em in the candydish like I remember it. Not worth a lot in money but priceless in memories!
