hollow stemed bowl/comport

can anyone tell me anything about this type of glass?
It is 51/2 in tall.....51/2 in wide, hollow stem, optic ribbed, any idea of age? there is lot's of wear to the base.

This is a sugar bowl. It is not very old . I would say no earlier than 1960. If it is old (e.g. 19th) it would be plain or engraved.
