Hi everyone.. I think these are Czech can anyone confirm for me please.

Thanks Anne...they are very nice my wife wants one for flowers but I will hide them and take her to Ikea instead  :)

That really is so naughty, these are cheap as chips, AND beautiful. You should be ashamed of yourself, (IKEA indeed,) and give your wife one of these vases for her flowers...  ;D ;D

Which rather begs the question,  "what IS the role of a vase, flower holder, or sterile, potential investment vehicle"?

Most vases are absolutely impractical for flowers. Get home with a bunch of flowers and hunt for a suitable vase - you can perhaps imagine there is no shortage of vases here - and I always end up with the Mediterranea Spanish recycled bucket, or the huge Empoli contraption.
