Help with art deco blue frosted glass vase

Hi - forgive me if this is just rubbish (but I love it!) - I'm generally a pottie and have no real idea about glass!

Can anyone give me some pointers for what appears to be an art deco vase?  Measures just over 9" high, with rough pontil mark to base.

I think that is a contemporary piece made by Lafiore in Mallorca.
