large glass plate pattern corn?? think it may be a czech design??

hi there
another one.. :) I bought this plate from a charity shop for £3.99, i cant find any markings on it at all but it reminded me of a few czech designs, ive had a look through marcus's database and have been unable to find this one. Is it Czech? if so who is it by designer or company..?
It is 36cms in diameter and weighs just over 2kgs
any info would be great

Not any Czech production I am aware of, possibly French, Durand, Arcoroc, Vereco or similar.
