TALL BLUE GLASS SCULPTURE ANY ID THANKS

hi all
we were given this a few days ago. been searching to find who made it and were its from.
but havent found anything. found similer things but not as big.
its 12 1/2 high & weighs 1.029. it may be modern? any id would be great thanks.
