Help wanted to ID maker/age of blue glass pitcher - scandi? english?

Hello, we have been racking our brains trying to figure this one out - I really hope some of the brilliant minds on here can help me unravel the mystery maker of this one I bought recently.  The seller knows I am trying to find out the maker - so I will just put the eBay ID here 350296605827.  Her photography skills are much better than mine!  I will just put one or two photos of the pitcher on here for quick reference.
