Bought this on Ebay because it looked jolly, and interesting, but have no idea what make it is.  It measures just over 3 ins (7.5cm) in diameter by 2.5 ins (6.5cm) tall.    Because of all the red I was suspecting Chinese.  Any ideas would be very welcome.  Many thanks,  KathleenM.
