I wouldn't hold your breath.
They have had 6 Negs in Feb alone. I know they have a high turnover even more reason to make sure what you are listing is accurate and correct.

I was told that the seller is really a small business, with several people handling the ebay listings, so I guess that accuracy will never be the strongest suit.
