Industrial Designed Glass Platter - Czech?? ID = Leerdam

Hi Everyone,
                  got a new piece of art glass yesterday. I was wondering if any of you recognize this? It was described as being Czech on the label. It is a very stylish piece that shows all the industries of the country I pressume. I has no signature, but I would think it was designed in the 1950's from the style.
Any help would be good!
