Small glass bird very streamlined about 3 inches in length.?? Anyone know the make?

Hi CV,  I do keep coming back and looking at this little birdie,  but I really haven't a clue.....every time I have a few minutes to spare, I look up blue bird,  cobalt bird and dove and pidgeon,  but to date I have had nothing tangible to add....but I promise if I do, I will be right here, adding to your thread.
