Sklo Union dishes ?

I have two of these little dishes and i think they maybe Sklo Union they are 7cm across and only 3cm depth the inside feels like a raised mesh and underneath the bubbles are raised,no ID marks and a wavy edge.i think they maybe salts as they are quite small any ideas out there ? thank you for looking..Lynn

would these be described as salts or butter pats as they are quite small,maybe someone might recognise them...Lynn
