fish inquiry a few days back? Could be Archimede Seguso fish
« on: September 14, 2011, 05:15:28 AM »
Someone inquired about a glass fish figurine a few days back. I just ran across this link and it looked a lot like what asked about. I tried to find the thread but couldn't. Here is the link to that fish page:

It's nice of you to try to help Abuzzz.  I can't find the fish you mean on the board earlier either, but I don't actually remember one as you do?  Could be I've just missed it.

I have used our Search facility, typed in 'fish' and then selected the newest topics first but still can't find anything.  Perhaps this is a good time to remind people to use descriptive titles as this is the second time lately that people have had trouble finding items.  Sue was good enough to trawl through a load of bland descriptions and find the thing she was looking for, but it can't always be done due to poorly worded titles.

Abuzzz...if you link to Great-Glass, could you give the reference number of the item you mean next time?  There's several fish on the page you mention above.   :) :)

Will do Max, but I wasn't sure that it was the same fish, just the same style of fish, because I couldn't find the picture.

I will make sure I do what you have requested though when I can  :wsh:

Here it is

and in fairness to goyjus,  it was pretty well titled, and it really didn't show up anywhere in the search facility which I often find fails me.
