deep blue bowl
« on: April 03, 2012, 09:00:04 PM »
Hi, not had any luck identifying this deep blue bowl with scrollwork handle. I have contacted Bristol glass and Dartington who cannot recognise this design as one of theirs.
The bowl has a flat ground base with ware scratches and is 687g , 8.5 inches dia and 2.75 inches tall from base to top of scroll. Any help would be gratefully received.

I've had no luck with my purple one either, i don't think it was ever ID'd. I've seen similar glass with swirls described as Polish but i'm not sure about this one.
One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine. William Hartnell
