Ah, I see (I think).
I'd say 'no' considering Riedel property was confiscated and nationalised after the war, and molds were used by Jablonecke Sklarny (later Desna). Only these post-war national companies would have used the glassexport label. (At least, that's how my brain understands it.)
I suppose it's safe to say that this particular bottle (above) is an early 20th century Riedel design, made by Jablonecke in the 1970s or 1980s.
