I suppose I should admit I have been teasing in a way. These three are the first attempts I have made at making butterflies. With anything like this, when one is experimenting, it is important to find out if one is going over ground that has already been covered. I obviously don't want my butterflies to look like anyone else's.
Technically I am approaching this from a rather unusual and unconventional method, using only hot-glass techniques as opposed to lampwork, although I have been using a torch to melt in the antennae and the body.
I was much happier with the third one, which is the blue one you liked, Simone.
