Topic: newb here, recently aquired deco (?) swan dish can anyone help identify?

i recently aquired this and havent been able to find any information on it at all
can anyone shed any light on this item? i love it  but the obsessive compulsive in me wants to know more about it

No help on id but have to say it's a great piece. The table that was set on must have looked great. (That's me assuming it's for the table) hopefully not with swan nibbles on !

i fell in love with it as soon as i saw it, i beat the seller down to half his price to buy it lol  -- im a bad bunny! ive scoured the web, image searches, ebay searches, books  nothing!
