hi again: this is a heavy unsigned piece in thick cased glass. about 10" tall. any ideas???

Hi "robertglass"... welcome to the GMB.

bOBA is, of course, right (he's one of our main Czech-glass-knowledge people). You can see a very similar candleholder in the 1992 Chribska catalogue here. I believe Egermann s.r.o. took over Chribska production in the 2000s.
