URANIUM Glass vase information???

Bought this at an estate sale yesterday and would love to know more about it.
There are no maker marks that I can see.
The color pops in regular light and is quite brillant with artificial light(black light).
It is faceted all the way around from top to bottom as seen in photos.
Not sure if you would call the red/burgundy stripes and diamond color gilded or painted nor the gold around the rim and upper middle section.
