ID help please - Chribska?

This 7 inch tall vase has cranberry and amber encased in clear glass, is this likely to be Chribska? I have seen similar but not exactly the same.

Looks too crude to me.  I would suspect a better example from China - that said I am not expert on Bohemia/Austrian glass.
