Thank you Smithy62,  I am pretty certain that the V N Is for V. Nason, a high quality glass maker.  If you Google V. Nason Art Glass Dog, you will see a very similar doggie to yours.  It looks as though yours was specially engraved as a gift,  how lovely.

By the way,  you can increase your pictures to 700 length and it does make a big difference to clarity.

There is a big difference between the glass Master Pino Signoretto and the Signoretti glass factory !!!

Values are subjective so not something many here will commit themselves to as we are not appraisers.  It depends on the marketplace and who wants what you're selling on the day you sell it.
