As noted above, your paperweight is from the early John Deacons furnace, Jay Glass probably.
This style of lampwork chain of flowers was Deacons' tribute to the similar styling of classic French paperweights from St. Louis. You can find photographs of this style of St. Louis circle of flowers in various auction catalogues and in some books. I've include a copy of a photo from Edith Mannoni's book Classic French Paperweights. It appears on page 33.
We have one John Deacons chain - or circle - of flowers paperweight, signed JD (no other initialing) that we purchased a few years ago in Scotland. The D in our weight is similar to the D in your weight. Like yours, this is a heavy paperweight with a high dome. What you can be sure of is that it is not Tarsitano, neither Debbie nor Delmo.
