Hi! ID request please, soda glass face prunt

[Mod: This thread has been edited to refer only to the Green vase - see new topic for the "sommerso type" item.]

Hi all!

let me first say what a brilliant forum this is, ive lurked a bit for a couple of years now and have learnt a fair bit from the extremely knowledgable members and posts that ive seen.

So heres my first post and its a request for help on the green green bubble/soda glass vase with an applied prunt to the front with a central face design.    My thought on this was Scandinavian or German mid 20thC but im not sure.    This one has been etched on the base 'H 301 / 200' (you can see it on my photo of the base near the top).

Thanks in advance for any help!

[Mod: please read this post as referring to only the green vase]

Now you've decided to join in, WELCOME! :)

You've chosen a couple of rather interesting things to start off with, haven't you? :P
I'm afraid I'm not good in this sort of area - I would suspect these are Czech. :)
I think I see evidence of some silver salts having been included towards the base of your amethyst beast.

Thanks for posting your very good images directly to the board, and for getting all your resizing sorted.
We will have to split this thread into two though.
Each of these pieces deserves it's own individual thread and discussion.
Don't worry about it, I'll get one of our lovely mods to sort this for you.
Cheers, Sue M. (she/her)

The green one is Höglund.

Ivo is spot on, made by Boda and designed by Erik Höglund in the 1950s. Vase or carafe? It is pattern number H 301 and the /200 will be the approximate height in mm.

Not sure about your other vase

John

I did say it wasn't my area. I can see Hoglund in the green vase (now it's been pointed out).
