Described as a perfume bottle but at nearly 11 inches tall almost a decanter! signed and dated by R. Golding 2014, ;D ;D

I don't drink either, but Michael does.
I just get to sniff his malts. ;D

I suppose putting anything in it would increase risks of damage/staining. 8)
I was merely thinking of the current festive season and that it would be rather lovely to have a liqueuer poured from something so spectacular, (but being a bit silly too).

Is it completely opaque?

Hello Sue, good Christmas ? yep, opaque it is though not as dark as some of the Okra pieces that are similar. ;D

We were very quiet, just the two of us. We're orphans now. No parents to have to "do" christmas for any more.
But I did manage to produce "Michael's Mum's Christmas Pudding" - perhaps not quite as good as hers, (nothing ever could be) but a reasonable facsimile. It passes her son's muster. I'm really, really pleased.
Not as good as having her with us, but a lovely reminder of her and one I'll be able to produce again and again. I used to get her to teach me her special recipes - what better way to a man's heart than being able to cook like his Mum?  ;D

is your decanter yours or Linda's? How were your festivities?

It's Linda's, had a quiet time, Lin's sister came, our eldest will be here next week when he gets back from Paris ( French girlfriend ) the youngest came before, the middle one is here all the while  ::) Lin made her special Xmas cake, fruit soaked in brandy for three weeks! and I made seafood paella for dinner, had a very nice cask strength single malt from the kids, 60% proof !!;D ;D

Sounds quite civilised. It's good to spread folk over time, rather than cramming them all in at once, same with the food and booze!
