I was thinking it might be an early vase due to the stepped base, although as I said ID'ing crystal really isn't my strong point. It does have little bits of damage here and there.  Looks a little grey on the main image because I tweaked the image to accentuate it as my camera is brilliant at glass.  Have added another couple of pics
