Could you please tell me who this decanter with shot glasses is?

The decanter measures approx 7.5" and the shot glasses are 1.5"

As soon as I looked at your pictures the name "Karel Palda" sprang to mind. They're certainly Palda style; but I'm not convinced they're actually Palda:

I have two admissions though - one, I'm not an expert in this area; and two, I haven't found any references to back me up. In other words take this ID with a pinch of salt; and probably a good dose of tequila
