Sure I've seen something similar on the board ages ago 9.75 inches across with small polished pontil mark.  ;D ;D

Interesting Keith, seen vases made this way but not a plate before, m was researching a vase along these lines.

The similarity is in the way the dots of colour are added and it was of course a decanter not a vase!  ::)

I'm pretty sure I've seen something very like this recently that was an unusual bit of IoWSG. I think it was in relation to the stuff that Kerry made and/or the strange shaped orchid things, and those colourways and designs It surprised me when I saw it, but I don't know how to find it now. I'll try.

What's it's bum like? :)
