Keith according to CH British Glass they were made over a long period of time? (up to 2005 iirc  - can't be bothered to go and get the book again)

It says late 1990s to 2005, would love to get my hands on another ( mine cost me 99p !  :o;D ;D

The base is concave not polished and you can see where it has been held with a tool mark around the base.

There is a lot of foot wear and it only weighs 300 grams. so i don't think it's modern.
