Topic: Can anyone please identify this weight please?

It's been a long time since I posted anything here but have not acquired anything of much interest until today. This weight measures almost 3.75 inches (92mm) across by nearly 2 inches (48mm) in height. Looking at the base, the blue glass that carries the design looks to be inlet into the clear glass and around the edge of the blue and clear glass both are bevelled. Could anyone possibly identify this weight please?

Possibly Val St. Lambert.

I have seen similar weights to this attributed to VSL and they are known for near magnum weights.
