Lavender base frilled opaque white top blown art glass vase

Hi,
I purchased this vase at an estate auction last week and am having trouble identifying it. It measures 9" tall and is 4" wide. It is definitely a blown glass piece as there is a pontil which is shown in the second picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
