Hi folks, long term glass collector, C18 drinking glasses and decantors, Orrefors etc) but this piece has me stumped

Its “like” a Whitefriars knobbly designs, but really not sure

I have seen similar pieces attributed to Ingrid Glass.....might be worth a look.  Let us know what you find!
