No, unfortunately it isn't :(

When it's on a window ledge with the sun behind it the textured panels almost glitter, some of the raised bits seeming to light-up.  Possibly something to do with the light refracting through the ridge??  I wonder if the manufacturer knew that would happen, or if it's just luck and the sun being at the right angle.

If we get a sunny day soon I'll try to take another photo when it happens again.
