An art glass vase, 18.5cm tall, streaked pale green, white and blue in clear. Signed to the base S W??ome Free form 2011. Does anyone recognise the artist, please?

Free Form Studio Glass looks like it is in Weymouth, think the name would read S (Stuart) Wiltshire.

Thanks John, never thought to Google 'Free Form' as a producer, just assumed that it was a description of the shape or decoration!
