Thank you for the information on Sklo.

Did Walther or Davidson ever do this type of work?  Possibly French. Does anyone know what type of cut it is and who did that cut the most? (Just throwing ideas out)

Davidson and Walther were basically pressed glass too. This is almost certainly hand blown and then cut.
