I have seen about 6 of these style items passing me by so far. All in different shapes though, usually tall vases. They all have the white rim and the purple inside the glass, but I have seen some with a lime green colour inside the glass too. A flat base is also present on all and they are always extremely heavy.

The purple colour on yours doesn't seem to fade to clear so perhaps a different maker.  :-\

And I forgot a bowl too - it looks Czech to my untrained eye... can anyone naysay or confirm this?

Ah, spotted one of these recently with a Bohemia label. Didn't take too long to solve that one, only three years.  ;D

Thanks for that, Steve. Very helpful. The shape's exactly the same.  :)
