1970s 80s Murano glass bull?

I think this is 1970s-80s made in Murano by a non-descript maker.  Am I close?   Fully polished bottom with no markings.  Thanks for looking.

This doesn't look like the work of any of the Murano companies. It is surprising that so much time was put into finishing the base, but no time was invested in the poor guy's horns. I'm glad he found a good home.

He is an ugly devil, isn't he.  Looks great next to my clown decanter.
