I am looking for information on this piece -- age, manufacturer, value, and any other information you can provide.  It is 5 1/2 inches tall and the top of the bowl area is about 4 1/2 inches across.  The base is an ambery yellow color and has one small chip underneath about 1/2 inch at its widest spot by less than 1/4 inch.

Thank you for your help.

Looks like a frilly topped version of my amberina goblet in moon and stars pattern, by L E Smith (USA): http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,24594.0.html

Googling would probably be profitable; LE Smith was a well known US maker.

I did do some googling yesterday.  I couldn't find my exact piece, but I found several similar.  I am satisfied that it's L.E. Smith amberina in the moon and stars pattern, and I got close enough to give me an approximate value (not much! lol)

Thanks to all for your help. :)

I paid less than £10 for mine a couple of years ago if that's any help?
