Unusual Tall Green Glass
« on: February 11, 2011, 01:22:27 PM »
I have just bought this glass in my local charity shop - it caught my eye as being a bit unusual.  It is quite tall - just over 22cm with a nicely made bowl and heavy base.  I really like it and wondered if anyone knew if it was made by anyone in particular?   Hopefully someone somewhere may recognise it.  Thanks in anticipation.    :sun:

Bought these 2 also from a charity shop, also another same bowl as yours, all have wear on the base?

Here is the link to both styles

And a link to the thread and some suggestions

Hi Chris, thanks for that link.   They definitely appear to be the same.  I think they are great glasses, it's just that one on its own is a little lost.   If a name could be put to them it might be possible to source more.  I might just enjoy a nice glass of red in mine tomorrow, it would be a shame to see it sitting there empty.   Thanks again for your help.  Best wishes, Kerry. :hi:

Hi Kerry, I bought 6 like this just before Yuletide and have no idea who made them, though I suspected Scandi.

Chris, didn't I tell you at the time I'd bought them, or was it someone else? (My Brain Hurts!LOL!)

                    Warmest Wishes,
