Mystery ashtray - Murano, Scandinavian or WF?
« on: March 21, 2011, 09:15:37 AM »
This well-made controlled bubble ashtray has me stumped for a maker.  The shape, the weight, and the qaulity of the bubbles, make me think it COULD be Whitefriars.

On the other hand I have never seen wWhitefriars cased in lovely aqua blue glass - so that brings to mind Scandinavian.

Finally the flat base and the ribbing are similar to bits I have that I am sure are Murano.

HELP.
