It's an attractive piece but had I spotted it I must say I would have been put off by the uneven pontil mark and what looks like a removed label - if that's what I'm seeing.
With a glue mark that looks pretty tough - why would you remove the label?
I know a lot of people judge a piece of blown glass by the pontil mark, and when you look at Whitefriars in particular, you can see why.

Well I'm not sure 
And if you like it and bought it because it was well made and you like it, then origin is not important (perhaps important if you are wishing to sell though as currently Chinese glass doesn't probably sell as well as maybe more known established glass making countries.)
