Amber ribbed optic drinking glasses
« on: November 05, 2011, 12:39:35 AM »
Picked up a set of 5 of these delightful little things a few weeks ago for a couple of quid. Wondering if it's possible to attribute a maker or at least an approximate date to them.  Stylistically, I'd put them into early 20th century but it's purely guesswork. I scouring through google images has shown me nothing comparable so any ideas for further investigation much appreciated.

ps they are amber.  That is a white background they're photographed against but my camera just doesn't want to play ball right now.

You need to manually adjust the white balance on your camera or change the auto setting to incandescent light.
