Any Ideas please for this Candlestick/Lamp base?
« on: February 26, 2012, 12:04:05 AM »
Thanks to all for the help with the salt... Any ideas about this please? I feel certain that is/was a candlestick, however there is a metal screw fitting, firmly fixed and not recently, for a lamp gallery and so it shall have to remain. It has been press moulded uing a two piece spring releasing mould. It is 8 inches high. It's maker and date would be most helpful...  I feel certain that I have seen one before someplace, but???  Many thanks again in advance. Tin

I have a thought, but I'd really like to see the whole piece (ideally in focus) before I say anything.
