Scandinavian perhaps? I picked it up from the car boot about 3-4 years ago. I've been holding it back trying to ID it but failed.  ;D

Caithness is a possibility worth looking into. The letters a s may point to Alan Sutherland but I have no idea if using lower case like that was normal there.

I forgot to say i checked Frank's Scotland Glass website beforehand but didn't find anything with the same pattern or shape.
