murano geode bowl any ideas of maker please. i have read cenedese  made these but also seguso approx 1960. i dont know if it glows i dont have a black light

My guess is Barbini. Nice piece

right all makers of glass please take it all back and put your name to it. it would help but then i suppose you wouldnt get some bargains like this one. £3 paid for it

It's a nice quality piece with deceptively complex techniques - I have some Barbini with the double layer of colour and white cased on the inside like yours.

looking through 20th century italian glass page 162 Fratelli toso also did this design. without a label it could be any one of the well known makers

I'm leaning toward Cenedese for it. They did some bowls of this form. Other companies did, too, most likely, so hard to say anything definite.
