"Bristol" blue, pressed oval salad bowl/jardinière
« on: April 17, 2012, 03:23:25 PM »
Thought this was probably a Czech or German pattern from between the wars, but the very dark blue colour has me doubting that.

It's 25cm long x 14.5cm wide x 10cm high.

Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks.

The pattern next to the rim reminds me of English pressed glass, although it may have been done elsewhere.

I thought the colour might have rung a bell with someone...

It did :).............but I'd foregotten when I'd posted it, and hadn't the time to trawl and locate it.         Just shows what a mess my filing is in.
I believe it remained anonymous.
