5 inches high,moulded base with white interior,the colour in the 'blurry' picture is how it actually looks ;D ;D,English maybe?

or German maybe?  although I'm not sure about that if it has a cut and polished rim.
That rim and the way the white is cased reminds me of an Orrefors candleholder I had. It was cased in white but the cut 'rim' was the base but the thickness of the white, the neatness of the way it is done, was the same.
Mine here just to compare technique.

Thanks for looking m,it's very heavy for it's size,polished rim as you say,the site I saw one on,that was similar, had a label on,if I remember and something about an importer called 'Reducta' ;D ;D
