7 Hooped Cobalt Blue Quality Vase - i.d ideas please

This is a quality little vase, very heavy for size, polished rim, bottom hoops look very dark but only because they are in deep cobalt blue, gradually turns into a deep royal blue. I don’t know, Scandinavian? Czech? or Italian? Any ideas please. Vase is 14 cm tall with 6.3cm rim. Many thanks

Dartington, I would expect there to be a small etched mark on the base, either a D or Dartington. I have a pale green version somewhere, they are from the Recycled Crystal range which is why they are not in the usual Dartington colours, early 1990s.

Yours is shown (in clear glass) on page 157 of Dartington Glass The First Twenty Years and is given the name Art Deco Vase.
