As you'll know, output from Stuart was prodigious although most people concentrate on the better known patterns/designs, and I dare say this is the sort of piece that wouldn't get a second look - especially being without a backstamp or Rd. No.
Very unlikely you are going to find any catalogues covering this sort of glass - for some cut designs yes - but not for this.
You can occasionally find this colour (the darker of the two greens) with a backstamp and/or Rd. No. - and as far as I'm aware Stuart never did produce a uranium green, so no point in digging out the torch.
Attached is a similar shaped known Stuart bowl with a wavy rim, and the typical Stuart large polished pontil depression, which carries Rd. No. 659164 (but not the factory backstamp) - first Registered on 16th January 1917.
It's possible yours might have been made around that time, and therefore would almost certainly not have carried a factory backstamp, but like most of these things I dare say they were in production for some period of time (think of the lifespan of Woodchester and Stratford Rings) - so likely yours was made later.
I suspect that this Stuart Registration covers all bowls with wavy rims, so it's very probable that your example would also be classified under the Board of Trade Rd. 659164 - but just simply missed being backstamped.
