Another ID please, if anyone can help.

Could be given the umbrella attribution of 'Murano', but I haven't seen this shape and design before. Possibly Czech? It feels quite modern whatever it is.

It stands 8žin tall (21cm) and was originally blown into a mould with a diamond texture, before being panel cut to shape. Ground and highly polished base, featuring no wear at all.
