The proportions don't look quite right: https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/ScandinavianGlass#5730198822707353826

How tall is yours?

John

I have one here and it is 21.5 tall, diameter is 6cm. Same diameter?

It could just be a taller example, the only variation that I have noticed before is that they come with and without bubbles in the base. Just noticed in this photo though, middle shelf, right hand side - the two at the back are bigger than the three at the front: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-t3lc9cwz0Ts/UklEK_jFnJI/AAAAAAAAFhg/AuYDVSOxiZg/s640/IMG_7414.

The diameter is 6cm from inside edge to inside edge.
The narrower parts seem more elongated in the vases that pic I think.

yes they are taller but the proportions are still similar i.e. they don't appear to have that taller part at the top as the OP's does by comparison.
